Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic.  We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays

All Orders will require a signature for delivery.

 

PROCESSING TIME

This includes bundles, custom wigs, closures, and frontals.

The processing time (1-3) business days , shipping 2-5 business days is same day for orders before 5pm and Next Day for orders after 5pm.
