The processing time (1-3) business days , shipping 2-5 business days is same day for orders before 5pm and Next Day for orders after 5pm.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this products, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

LOST/STOLEN
. We are Not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaces.

When placing an order on customize wig you must order a min bundles of 3 with a frontal or closure of your choice please choose the right selection with dome cap sizes LARGE/MEDIUM/SMALL and color dome cap DARK BROWN/LIGHT BROWN/BLACK handmade wigs are sew on with regular sewing weave thread and 3 combs and a adjustable straps customize wigs takes up 5-7 business working days.
Before checking out there is a selection on the bottom says (NOTES) to write any special requirements of sizes and color caps wigs only come in three textures and there is no styling or dying the bundles unless you order *blonde. once you have check out if you made an error and you have not purchase 3 bundles with a frontal or closure of your choice you will receive your bundles only with no customize wig and if you did not include size or color dome cap you will get a regular size dome cap that is a size X-large and the color black there will not be no changes once you complete your order.
